Welcome to my beach house!




             Located in the south part of the Praia da Solidão, it is one of the few houses that have direct access to the beach. For navigation lovers: S 27º47.739' - W48º32.117'.
             It's real! As you can see in the picture, you just have to open the backyard gate to walk in the beach without street crossing or carrying beach stuff for long distances. You can leave your sunshade and beach chairs right in your preferred place all day long, as you can watch them from the house's veranda.

Description
             In its 210 square meters the house offers conditions to accommodate with enough comfort 10 persons.
             The main part is composed by a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (1 triple, 2 double and 1 single), 2 bathrooms, laundry and a veranda.
             The annex has a three cars garage, BBQ place and an extra double bedroom with a bathroom.

Amenities
             The house has a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, mixer, TV with satellite dish, telephone and dish washer machine. The guests can use beach chairs, sunshades, dishes and other kitchen utensils.
IMPORTANT: the local voltage is 220V.

Rates
             The minimum rent period is 10 days. Check the price variation (Brazilian Reais currency) depending on the season *:

* An additional fee of R$500.00 is charged to cover eventual damages to the house and equipment. This amount is returned at the end of the stay if no damage is observed.
**  An additional cleaning tax of R$ 90,00 is charged for any rent period.
